10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most browsers and some mobile OS/apps include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) setting. No uniform standard has been finalized, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted, we will update this Notice. California law requires disclosure of our response: we do not respond to DNT at this time.

Will your information be shared with anyone else? We may disclose personal information to service providers under written contracts. We have not sold, shared, or disclosed personal information to third parties for business or commercial purposes in the prior twelve (12) months, and we will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to visitors, users, or other consumers.

California “Shine The Light”

California residents may request, once per year, information about disclosures for direct marketing in the previous calendar year. Submit written requests using the contact details in “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?”
